Update

Minor changes were made to the final agreement on February 1, 2012. Read your Agreement carefully and ensure that all the terms you require are addressed in your Agreement.

Duration of Agreement

The "Notice Period" refers to the amount of time that is provided by one party to another when they
wish to end their obligations under this Agreement prior to any agreed end date.

Optional Clauses


You may also select one or more of the following optional clauses as needed:

You cannot select both an Indemnification clause and a Limitation of Liability clause because they have opposite purposes. The Indemnification clause says that the Cleaning Services Provider must pay the Customer for any harm that occurs. The Limitation of Liability clause says that the Cleaning Services Provider does NOT have to pay for any harm that occurs.
