Document Preparation and Privacy of Information
The information you provide when you prepare a document on our website is held strictly confidential. For your protection provide a valid email address that will not block email from LawDepot®. To change your password, you must use the email address associated with your account. We do not give out passwords over the phone.
Please note that any opting-out will not opt you out of being served advertising. You will continue to receive generic ads.
Third Party Services
Sequiter Inc. is the data controller for all information you provide to LawDepot®. For users in the EU, Sequiter Inc. adheres to the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, known as the General Data Protection Regulation.
Our Site may use a website recording service which may record how you use our site such as mouse clicks, mouse movements, and page scrolling, but your personal data such as text inputted will not be collected by this service. Data collected by this service is used to improve the usability of our Site. The information collected is stored and is used for aggregated and statistical reporting and is not shared with anybody else. The website recording service is required to maintain the confidentiality of that information.
